GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — TIGNES APARTMENT
1. Payment
Payment for your stay takes place in 2 stages:
In case of late booking (less than 60 days before arrival), the full price is due at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation
The 60% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. Any reservation for which the balance has not been paid 60 days prior to arrival may be cancelled without a refund of the deposit. The amount paid at the time of booking cannot be claimed.
3. Reservation modification
If there are any changes, you must notify us by email at infos@tignesappartement.com or by phone at +33 (0)6 24 43 43 99. For any modification (accommodation, dates, number of people), processing fees may apply.
4. Caution
A deposit is required upon booking:
The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay subject to the premises being in good condition.
5. Tourist tax
€1.50 per person per night (3-star rated accommodation). Applicable to adults.
